A regional company is currently seeing an Administrative & Sales Executive.
DESCRIPTION:
The Administrative & Sales Executive must have a keen understanding of our services, processes, our customers our suppliers, risk exposures, innate challenges, and opportunities.
The incumbent is a critical link to seamless processes and effective service delivery, through consistent and effective administrative support, high service quality, customer relations to include direct interfacing with client, customer retention, innovative sales and marcom activities, and proper documentation.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Clerical and administrative support for the company
Sales, customer relations and marcom activities
Liaise and work with the Marketing Executive to develop sales strategy and activities in keeping with the overall Marketing Strategy
Ongoing Communication with customers starting with prospecting to client servicing (follow up) , closing sales and maintenance
Assist with the coordination and maintenance of marketing material, marketing functions and workshops, and the promotion of the company's brand.
Research new opportunities, analyze market information and recommend creative strategies to maintain and expand services to existing customers and attracting new customers and markets.
Maintain scheduled contact and follow up with current customers and initiate contact and follow up with prospects to convert opportunities to sales.
Conduct sales calls and client visits individually or with the team
Prepare monthly internal report of the performance of the organization, reporting on key performance indicators, and operational level targets, new business and renewals.
Prepare monthly client reports (inclusive of project updates on application implementations that were initiated through the sales process) – keep CRM updated
Help to introduce new products and services to existing customers (upsell), whilst introducing our solutions to potential customers.
Assist with coordinating staff activities and anticipate the needs of the organization; sets up and revises systems as necessary
Maintain central customer database and organize and maintain paper and electronic files
Prepare relevant correspondences to prospects and clients
Coordinate research; and disseminate information by using the telephone, mail services, websites, social media pages and e-mail.
Liaise with contracted entities providing MARCOM support
Maintains professional and business knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
Assist with cultivating and disseminating knowledge of best practices and customer service delivery standards
Performs other duties and projects as may be assigned by management:
To include assisting with office functions when necessary.
Assist with the management of the receivables process.

a) Satisfied and cohesive internal and external customers.
b) Remains current with regulatory, industry and client specific knowledge.
c) Current and complete documentation of customer and suppliers.
d) Meeting sales targets
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
First degree in Communications, Business Administration or related field
Sales and administrative qualification and experience.
At least 3 years combined working experience in a similar post.
