About the role:
As an IT 1st line support analyst, you will be the first point of experience for our customers. You will receive, scope, and accurately log customer incidents, identifying correct priority and service levels. You will capture a detailed description of the issue and provide fault diagnosis and call vetting, resolving as many issues as possible on a first-time/first-line fix basis.
Typical work includes the processing of inbound phone calls and emails, logging tickets into our service management tool (ServiceNow), utilising your knowledge to fix issues across laptop and desktop environments, the provision of O365 support, password resets, Active Directory administration and many more.
About you
Do you have some experience in customer service?
Do you have some language capability that can be utilized in a business environment? e.g. any of the following combination is of interest.
(Business level English and Fluent spoken & written Spanish OR English and conversational Portuguese).
Do you have practical experience and use MS Office products?
If you also have a good understanding of IT Fundamentals, this would be of advantage.
Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and adapt to any new change or situation.
Detailed and methodical approach to problem solving.
Good oral and written communication skills and able to follow processes with accuracy.
Be able to work in a shift environment.
