Primary objective of the job:
Provide commercial responsibility of the media investment, by defining digital media budgets and KPIs for digital media, ensuring media investment is aligned to the desired business outcomes. Ownership of the group website(s) and ecommerce platforms across Mobile, H&E and Business, ensuring they are maximising the return for the business. As part of this advancing our technology stack, so that it will facilitate improvements and efficiencies in marketing activities across both customer acquisition and retention.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Drive BSS technology to build, manage and optimise marketing campaigns to maximise performance especially using owned media channels such as Email, SMS and Push notifications across Mobile, H&E and B2B.
Oversight of the group website(s) and ecommerce platforms, working with key stakeholders to ensure each site is optimised to deliver the maximum return of the business (e.g., UX, conversion, visibility, compliance)
Collaborating with the group / local teams to ensure the user journey is align to campaign messaging & objectives
Launch & continuous improve ecommerce functionality across all markets and look to improve conversion rates through continuous testing of user journeys.
Develop a clear ROI model for all marketing channels to fully understand the impact of marketing activity across all channels.
Agreeing & defining digital media budgets for the OneTeam. Working with all relevant stakeholders to ensure that budgets are reflecting the business priorities and any changes are communicated to the relevant stakeholders.
Agreeing & defining digital media KPIs for the OneTeam. Working with all relevant stakeholders to ensure that KPIs are reflecting the business priorities and any changes are communicated to the relevant stakeholders.
Oversee the implementation of the group BSS platform and ensure that all marketing functionality is fully utilised to drive efficient and effective campaigns across Mobile, H&E & B2B
Ensure that CVM & retention strategies are fully integrated into the BSS and that all campaign activity is fully tracked and reported to ensure clarity over where improvements can be made
Ensure that BSS is fully integrated into both website and ecommerce platform is successful and that user journeys can be clearly tracked and optimised
Manage both internal & external stakeholders to maximise the returns from website(s)
Develop and manage ecommerce feeds that can be leveraged on both 3rd party ecommerce platforms such as Facebook & Instagram, and in digital advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Merchant Centre for Google).
Manage conversion rate optimisation across all websites to ensure ongoing improvements through regular testing to sales
Develop and implement both SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) and ASO (App store optimisation) strategies to drive traffic to the website and the app stores
Create and manage reporting dashboards for both markets & group
Manage the digital media budget setting, collaborating with markets & BUs – ensuring these are aligned to the business priorities.

Develop a clear ROI model for digital advertising to understand the value of different channels in driving conversions
Agitate and advocate for transformational work and help to deliver excellence in media marketing communications at a global, regional and local level
Academic qualifications and experience required:
At least 5-7 years’ experience in digital marketing role with website management experience
Detailed understanding of the web development technologies
Detailed understanding of ecommerce platforms and their functionality
Experience using web analytics software and the ability to update Tag Manager for tracking updates
Experience in Agile development and Sprint planning
Experience in digital media measurement principles & technology
Experience in digital media buying platform principles & technology
